About me  

I'm from the Boston area. I graduated from Northeastern University with BS in Computer Science and have stayed in the area ever since. I was most recently the VP of Engineering at EightSpokes in Cambridge, MA. I left the position to pursue my own thing, but I'm still a consultant and technical advisor to EightSpokes. I was previously a senior software engineer at Oracle and Phase Forward.

When not tinkering with code and learning new things, I'm playing soccer, watching basketball, watching shows like Game of Thrones and relaxing with my fiancee.

Main expertise

I'm currently specializing in web development with Ruby on Rails and javascript frameworks like Backbone.js. I have a solid and proven foundation with object oriented design as well as expertise with web services and data modeling. I'm also experienced with overseeing projects from concept to MVP

My biggest achievement and my soft skills

I'm a great communicator and problem solver. I like working with people to not just implement solutions but to help come up with the best solution. I'm easy to work with and I understand how to work closely with tech and non-tech people.
