About me  

I thrive when solving challenging problems. ​I am currently involved in the full stack development of tools for use in clinical research, including cohort discovery, and for manipulating and viewing medical images. My expertise in software development; system administration; database design and management; project management; research design; and data analysis - along with my excellent analytical abilities - allows me to quickly translate customer requirements into prototype systems. My expertise extends beyond the clinical domain, into other areas, including environmental management.

Main expertise

My main tools for development include Python, ExtJS, Groovy, and Linux. I develop user interfaces and APIs and have extensive knowledge of traditional and non-traditional database design. I have experience in data manipulation, including creating custom ETL processes, and statistical computation.

My biggest achievement and my soft skills

My lifelong interest in philosophy, mathematics and the sciences has helped me develop exemplary problem solving and critical thinking skills. I excel in team management and collaboration. I have excellent verbal and written communication skills.
